A WWE NXT talent is set to face a spell on the sidelines, after suffering a torn ACL.

Taking to Twitter, NXT’s Amari Miller revealed she is set to undergo surgery to repair the ACL, and wrote the following:

“I have torn my ACL and getting surgery next week.

"Life happens in the CRAZIEST way. Everything happens for a reason and I totally think everything lately has been a blessing in disguise for a powerful future.

"I will keep u all updated, minor setback for major COMEBACK.

"Love u”

Miller last wrestled in a 20-woman Battle Royal at NXT New Year’s Evil on January 10, but it is unknown when Miller suffered the ACL tear.

A fixture on the American independent scene for several years under the name Bra’Nae, Miller signed with WWE in 2021, reporting to the WWE Performance Center. In recent months Miller has mainly been used on WWE NXT Level Up, with her last appearance prior to New Year’s Evil coming on the January 3 edition of Level Up, where Miller teamed with Elektra Lopez to defeat Dani Palmer and Sol Ruca in tag team action.
