WWE Plans For Danhausen After Uncursing The Knicks

Danhausen has retained a heavy presence on WWE programming ever since his controversial debut back at WWE Elimination Chamber 2026, and it looks as though more good things are coming his way. In recent weeks, Danhausen has caught some fire outside of WWE after uncursing the New York Knicks, leading them on a run of form in the NBA. Following on from their victory in the NBA Finals, WWE have big plans for Danhausen.

Prior to the game, it emerged in a report from Fightful Select yesterday that WWE were brainstorming plans for Danhausen if the Knicks won their game. WWE are reportedly excited with the buzz surrounding Danhausen, and are looking to use him at Saturday Night’s Main Event in Madison Square Garden. On top of that, talk was taking place of creating more content and merchandise, which proved to be true as WWE announced the sale of a “Champhausen” shirt in the aftermath of the Knicks’ win. A source in WWE noted that Danhausen was set to be made a “fixture” of WWE’s New York area promotion thanks to his ability to uncurse.

It has also been reported by Bryan Alvarez of F4WOnline that a "Danhausen/Knicks deal" is being put together by TKO, with WWE cameras being at the upcoming parade, likely to film for a YouTube video/documentary.
