On Wednesday night, it emerged that multiple people in WWE had contracted coronavirus. Ryan Satin at Pro Wrestling Sheet first reported at least three people, including in-ring talent, had tested positive for the virus, but Mike Johnson at PWInsider noted the actual number of positive tests could be closer to "two dozen."

WWE producer Jamie Noble revealed earlier today on Instagram that he had tested positive for the virus.

The former Cruiserweight Champion wrote: "Not how we expect this month to go! Covid-19 has hit home. Prayers for me and my family will be greatly appreciated!"

This comes after Adam Pearce, Renee Young and Kayla Braxton revealed they had also contracted coronavirus.

Despite the confirmed cases, WWE plans to resume production at the Performance Center later on today as double episodes of Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown are scheduled to be taped. Whether the tapings go ahead as planned remains to be seen, however. All talent and staff who weren't contacted on Monday and Tuesday were tested for COVID-19 yesterday, and significant rewrites are expected to take place as wrestlers await their test results.
