WWE Raw Almost Draws Record-Low Viewership For September 11 Episode

The second least-watched WWE Raw in show history on September 11

There was a lack of interest in Monday Night Raw on September 11 compared to recent editions of the show in the United States, with many fans instead choosing to watch the Monday Night Football game between the NFL's New York Jets and Buffalo Bills.

Wrestlenomics has reported that Raw averaged 1.353 million viewers, including approximately 527,000 in the key 18-49 demographic. This was enough for a 0.40 rating in the demo. Monday Night Football across ABC, ESPN, and ESPN2, meanwhile, averaged 22.6 million viewers, according to Sports TV Ratings.

The September 11 episode of Raw was the least-watched Raw ever except for a 'Best Of' episode that aired on December 26, 2022. That episode averaged 1.075 million viewers and a 0.27 rating in the 18-49 demo.

Compared to this time last year, Raw was down 21 percent in total viewership and down eight percent in the 18-49 demo.

Raw underwent several changes throughout Monday following Vince McMahon's return from medical leave. The show was main evented by a Women's World Championship match between Rhea Ripley and Raquel Rodriguez that featured the WWE return of Nia Jax.
