WWE Returning To Saudi Arabia In February

Anticipation is high following the success of Crown Jewel 2021

Reports have emerged stating that WWE are set to return to Saudi Arabia in February, the latest show in their multi-year agreement with the Gulf State.

After first being reported by Andrew Zarian, Fightful Select have followed up, saying the WWE’s next Saudi supershow is scheduled for Saturday February 19, and that a February return has been in the books since WWE’s last Saudi show in October 2021.

Fightful’s report further states that “February and ‘late fall’ seem to be stable, reliable dates for the Saudi Arabia shows.”

The February 19 show will be the seventh WWE event in Saudi Arabia as part of a ten-year agreement, with 2021’s Crown Jewel heralded as one of the best shows of the year, featuring the King of the Ring and Queen’s Crown Finals, as well as the superb Edge vs. Seth Rollins Hell in a Cell bout.

As controversial as they are monumental, WWE’s Saudi Arabia shows have often had massive implications for WWE’s on-screen storylines, with several major title switches happening on Saudi Arabian soil.
