Charlotte Flair is the 2025 Women's Royal Rumble winner.

#DIY (c) def. Motor City Machine Guns - Two-out-of-Three Falls Match for the WWE Tag Team Championships

The Motor City Machine Guns dominated the early action but a distraction from Johnny Gargano allowed Tommaso Ciampa to plant Chris Sabin with a Draping DDT from the middle rope. #DIY then worked over Sabin.

Chris Sabin managed to make the hot tag to Alex Shelley but #DIY fooled the former TNA World Champion as Ciampa feigned tagging in Johnny Gargano. This meant Shelley targeted Gargano and he walked straight into a Jumping Knee from Ciampa as #DIY went 1-0 up by pinning Shelley.

#DIY remained on top following the first fall and they worked over Alex Shelley, including after Shelley made the tag as the referee didn't see and blocked Chris Sabin from entering the ring. DIY then almost won the match after hitting a Shatter Machine but Shelley managed to kick out.

Shelley then made the hot tag to Chris Sabin and he ran wild, hitting a huge Bouncing Crossbody to the floor to take out both Gargano and Ciampa. With the champions rocked, MCMG hit Skull and Bones to tie up the match at one fall apiece.

The match became more even for the final fall and Ciampa thought he had the match won following a Fairytale Ending and Project Ciampa to Chris Sabin but the 10-time X-Division Champion managed to kick out. Sabin fired back soon after by pushing Ciampa, sending Ciampa's head bouncing off the top of the ring post. Ciampa then got stuck in a Tree of Woe and ate a Johnny Gargano to the face following a Belly to Belly from Shelley before a Dropkick from Sabin.

MCMG followed up with a Blockbuster and that looked to be it but Gargano pushed Shelley into Sabin to break up the pin at two. Gargano then Superkicked Ciampa by mistake and MCMG fired back with the Facial. They had the match won until the Machine Guns were suddenly attacked with a crutch by Angelo Dawkins while Montez Ford distracted the referee.

#DIY then hit Meet in the Middle to Alex Shelley for the win. They didn't get to celebrate, though, as Street Profits beat them down with a crutch post-match.

Cody Rhodes (c) def. Kevin Owens - Ladder Match for the Undisputed WWE Championship

It took a whole one minute for the action to spill to the outside and Kevin Owens Suplexed Cody Rhodes across the metal support beam of the ladder. KO then used it as a weapon on Cody, choking the Undisputed WWE Champion with it. KO tried to get a weapon which provided Rhodes with time to recover and he sent KO into the crowd, throwing a beer across Owens' face.

After a brawl through the crowd, KO was the first man to try and climb a ladder but Cody stopped him on multiple occasions. A little ladder was then introduced to the action and both men took turns battering each other with the very small ladder, including a slam from KO to Cody on top of the little ladder.

Rhodes managed to reach the titles but Owens pulled away the ladder and left Cody dangling from the belts. He was unable to pull them down and KO hit a Pop-up Powerbomb on Cody as he tumbled. Cody later fought back with the bottom support of a ladder, attacking KO with it until Owens fired back with a Superkick.

Owens then channelled his inner Dusty Rhodes, hitting punch after punch before he did the Dusty jiggle and hit Cody over and over again with the rung of the ladder.

In the next big spot, Rhodes hit a backbody drop on Owens that saw Owens' spine land on the side of the ladder. Owens managed to fire back while Rhodes climbed the ladder by scooping the Undisputed WWE Champion up and Powerbombing him on a ladder. KO then tried to win by scaling the ladder but Cody stopped him. This only angered Owens and after multiple counters, Owens hit a Fisherman's Buster from the top rope onto a ladder bridge as the crowd went wild.

At this point, medical personnel checked on both KO and Cody. Sami Zayn then arrived to check on both men. Owens made it back to his feet first and instead of climbing the ladder he went for a Stunner which Cody countered and reversed into a Cross Rhodes. An angry Rhodes then repeatedly smashed KO's head into the announce table which busted KO open. Cody snapped and targeted the wound but KO managed to fire back with a Low Blow on the announce table and he went for a Package Piledriver but Rhodes blocked it and followed up with an Alabama Slam to send KO crashing through a ladder.

With KO down and out, Cody scaled the ladder and retrieved both the winged eagle and current version of the WWE Championship to retain his title.

Post-match, Cody gloated over the fallen KO, celebrating with his titles on the announce table as Owens received medical attention from Sami Zayn and medical personnel.

While this was going on, Jacob Fatu got rid of Jimmy Uso and he stared down Roman Reigns as the two Anoa'i family members traded shots as Penta, who was the only other man in the ring, just lay in the corner. Jacob proved to be a silly fool and threw Reigns into the ropes which led to a Spear from Reigns.

17. Drew McIntyre

18. Finn Balor

19. Shinsuke Nakamura

Braun Strowman was next in and surprisingly eliminated Jacob Fatu, simply hoisting him up and dumping him over the top rope. Fatu destroyed the announce table in his anger.

23. John Cena

Big Match John time as John Cena was the 23rd entrant in the Royal Rumble. and he quickly eliminated Braun Strowman after Braun ran at him and Cena pulled down the ropes. Cena then hit Finn Balor with an Attitude Adjustment and it was a rough landing for Finn after Strowman failed to catch him.

Roman Reigns then speared Drew McIntyre which led to a staredown between Reigns and Cena.

24. CM Punk

While Reigns and Cena stared at each other, it was revealed that CM Punk was the next entrant in the Royal Rumble. The three men didn't touch before the next entrant who was...

29. LA Knight

30. Logan Paul

Out of nowhere, Damian Priest eliminated Drew McIntyre with literally no build-up to it. Logan Paul was almost eliminated but he managed to leap to the announce table. LA Knight then eliminated Damian Priest out of nowhere. AJ Styles then eliminated LA Knight.

As AJ Styles went for a Phenomenal Forearm, Logan Paul leapt onto the steel steps and pulled Styles to the floor, eliminating him in the process.

This brought the match down to Roman Reigns, John Cena, Logan Paul, CM Punk, Jey Uso, and Seth Rollins.

After everyone was down, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns interacted for the first time since WrestleMania 40 and stared each other down before they finally brawled, trading shots. Neither got the better of the exchange until they were both dangling on the ropes, at which point CM Punk snuck up behind them and eliminated both Reigns and Rollins.

As Punk celebrated, Logan Paul managed to eliminate him out of nowhere. On the outside, Rollins hit a double foot stomp to Reigns before CM Punk and Seth Rollins had a pull-apart brawl.

After flipping off Paul Heyman, Seth Rollins hit a Stomp to Reigns on the steel steps before Seth and Punk started brawling again, eventually being pulled apart by security.

Back in the ring, the match was down to John Cena, Logan Paul, and Jey Uso. Cena whiffed on a Double AA as Jey Uso escaped, hit a Superkick on Paul and Cena followed up with a big Clothesline to Paul to send him flying out of the ring.

Cena soon hit a Five Knuckle Shuffle but couldn't hit an AA as Jey Uso countered with a Superkick and later decked Cena with a Spear. Cena then reversed Uso's momentum and thought he had won but Uso was on the apron. Cena then ended up on the apron after Jey pulled down the ropes.

With both men on the apron, Uso hit a Superkick which left Cena dangling. Big Match John survived, though, and he was about to hit an AA on the apron when Jey Uso suddenly escaped into the ring and pushed Cena, sending John collapsing to the floor.
