WWE's Chad Gable Says Jason Jordan Is Trying To Return To The Ring
Gable didn't rule out an American Alpha reunion
On a recent edition of The Bump, Chad Gable revealed his former tag team partner Jason Jordan is working towards returning to the ring.
When asked about Jordan, the former Shorty G said: "Just speaking from a personal standpoint, he became one of my best friends throughout the process and still is. It's unfortunate what happened to him with his injury but you never say never. He's working on it, he's trying to get back and who knows? A reunion is always something I would never be against."
Jordan hasn't stepped inside the squared circle since he underwent neck surgery in February 2018. He has stayed busy in WWE, though, and has been working behind the scenes as a producer for the past few years. He also made a cameo on WWE TV in May 2020 and worked with officers to find Jeff Hardy after Elias was hit by a car.
Jordan was a three-time tag team champion during his WWE career, holding the NXT and SmackDown Tag Team Title with Chad Gable and the Raw Tag Team Championship with Seth Rollins. He was also prominently featured on Raw as Kurt Angle's son.
