WWE's Residence At Yuengling Center To End August 3

Where to after that?

Barring an extension of residence, WWE's forthcoming run at Tampa's Yuengling Center has an end date of Tuesday, August 3, according to the building's official website.

This would make the August 2 episode of Monday Night Raw the last WWE event to take place inside the building within this residence, once again barring any sort of extension.

Per a report from Sports Illustrated, WWE's plan is to maintain its Thunderdome set-up through the first half of 2021, while monitoring changes in pandemic protocols and guidelines, in regards to touring and fuller resumption of live crowds.

WWE is expected to move into the Yuengling Center this week, though they're reportedly filming the go-home episodes of Raw and SmackDown at St. Petersburg's Tropicana Field.

The first live broadcast from the Yuengling Center will be the post-WrestleMania episode of Raw on April 12.

WWE began its "Thunderdome" set-up the weekend of the 2020 SummerSlam. It was first housed at Orlando's Amway Center, and remained there through the middle of December, shortly before the Orlando Magic needed their building back to begin the NBA season. The Thunderdome was then moved to Tropicana Field, where it has remained up until this weekend, with the move coming just as the Tampa Bay Rays regain the venue, as MLB's season kicks off.
