WWE's The Bump Likely 'Gone Forever'

WWE's The Bump reportedly "dead and buried"

A WWE show is likely finished for good.

WWE's The Bump went on hiatus in late May, which was originally only planned to be for five weeks, but the show has failed to return since then. In an update, Mike Johnson of PWInsider noted the show is "dead and buried under WWE HQ" and The Bump is "99.9% gone forever."

Why WWE decided to scrap The Bump is unknown. The show had aired on the WWE Network/Peacock and WWE's YouTube channel since 2019. The Bump primarily centred around interviews with WWE wrestlers and personalities and at the time of going on hiatus, The Bump was hosted by Sam Roberts, Megan Morant, and Ryan Papolla.

Previous hosts included Matt Camp, who was fired by WWE in February, and Kayla Braxton, who left WWE in June.

WWE's weekly programming currently consists of Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown on USA Network, and WWE NXT which moves to The CW from October 1. Changes are planned for NXT's transition to The CW, including a possible new look, and the premiere episode has been listed as TV-14.
