WWE's Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon & Nick Khan Named Among Sports Business’ Most Influential People
All three were named
WWE trio Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan have all been named on the Sports Business Journal's Most Influential Media Influencers List.
WWE Chairman Vince, Chief Brand Officer Stephanie and WWE President Khan are included in a comprehensive list that also contains Jeff Zucker, Chairman of WarnerMedia News and Sports, Chairman of ESPN Jimmy Pitaro and Mary Donoghue and Jared Stacy - the Vice President of Global Sports Video and the Director of Global Live Sports Production for Amazon.
The bio for the WWE trio reads: "There is clearly a repositioning of the WWE to a media business under Khan, who joined the company from CAA Sports in August 2020, especially with the move to Peacock as part of a five-year deal reported to be more than $1 billion.
"High-profile projects include a multipart Netflix docuseries on Vince McMahon’s life and a deal with Blumhouse Television on a scripted series about the WWE in the 1990s."
Sports Business Journal list the most influential names in sport on an annual basis.
