WWE SmackDown Viewership Takes Slight Dip

A small drop for the post-Chamber show

The overnight viewership for Friday night's edition of SmackDown on FOX took a slight dip when compared to the broadcast of one week ago.

Per Showbuzz Daily, SmackDown averaged 2,051,000 viewers over its two-hour post-Elimination Chamber broadcast, a minute drop from the 2,071,500 viewers averaged for last Friday's show.

The first hour averaged 2,090,000 viewers, while the second fell to 2,012,000.

In 18-49, SmackDown pulled a .50 rating, equaling that of one week ago.

The only week-to-week fluctuation in the advertising demos came in 18-34, as SmackDown fell to a .25 rating this week, after doing a .30 a week ago.

In demo shares, women 18-49 was up this week, going from a .20 last week to a .30 here. However, men 18-49 dropped slightly, going from a .50 to a .45.

Three different demos dropped from the first to the second hour on Friday night: overall 18-34 (from a .30 to a .20), adults 25-54 (.70 to .60), and men 18-49 (.50 to .40).

In 18-49, SmackDown finished second in its time slots, losing to ABC's 8 pm airing of Shark Tank, and their 9 pm airing of 20/20.
