WWE Talent Makes Surprise Indy Appearance

WWE talent pops up in The Crash

A WWE talent popped up at an independent wrestling show in Mexico over the weekend.

The Crash held their latest event in Tijuana on Friday, September 6 and the likes of Mustafa Ali, Rey Horus, Matt Riddle, Laredo Kid, and Elijah were in action. Bestia 666 and Mecha Wolf faced off in a Casket Match and WWE's Kayden Carter got involved in the match, slapping Mecha Wolf and throwing a drink in his face.

Kayden Carter was previously a part of La Rebelion in The Crash with Mecha Wolf and Bestia 666.

Kayden Carter has not wrestled on Monday Night Raw for over a month since her tag team partner Katana Chance suffered a broken nose on the July 29 episode of Monday Night Raw. The injury occurred when Chance and Carter teamed with Lyra Valkyria against the Pure Fusion Collective of Shayna Baszler, Zoey Stark, and Sonya Deville.

WWE have been more open to allowing talents to make outside appearances over the past year. Indy appearances for WWE talents have seen Drew McIntyre return to ICW and the likes of Charlie Dempsey work Josh Barnett's Bloodsport. WWE also now have working relationships with the likes of TNA Wrestling and Pro Wrestling NOAH.
