WWE United States Championship Match, Rusev and Lana's Divorce Announced For Monday Night Raw

On the November 25th edition of Monday Night Raw, Rey Mysterio defeated AJ Styles to capture the United States Championship. While Styles was originally scheduled to face Humberto Carrillo, the luchador was attacked by Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, forcing him to withdraw from the match. To ensure Styles defended his title, a fatal 4-way match was booked in which Mysterio emerged victorious.
Since winning the title, Mysterio has continued his rivalry with the Phenomenal One. On last week's episode of Raw they faced off in a six man tag team match. Ultimately, Styles emerged victorious as The O.C. defeated Mysterio, Ricochet, and Carrillo.
Now Styles will get his rematch for the United States Championship as he faces the Ultimate Underdog one-on-one.
WWE also announced over the weekend that Rusev and Lana will finalise their divorce on tonight's episode. Since both Superstars returned, the Bulgarian Brute has been embroiled in a rivalry with Lana's new boyfriend Bobby Lashley. However, according to WWE's official synopsis, their feud looks set to end with their divorce, and all involved can start their lives anew.
