Jimmy Uso has been arrested under suspicion of driving under the influence.
TMZ Sports is reporting that Uso, according to prison records, has been booked on a misdemeanour DUI charge, while further documents show he has also been hit with citations for speeding and running a red light.
The report indicates that Uso - real name Jonathan Fatu - was pulled over by police on Monday evening in Pensacola, Florida. Cops say he ran a red light and was clocked speeding at 50mph in a 35mph zone.
Upon questioning Uso, officers say that the WWE SmackDown star was visibly swaying when they asked him to step out of his vehicle, and confirmed he'd consumed alcohol before driving his car.

Uso was then subject to a Blood Alcohol Content breath test which, per the report, indicated that he was well above Florida's legal limit.
The 35-year-old was arrested and his bond, per the documents seen by TMZ, is set at $500.
Uso has previously faced allegations of driving under the influence in the past. The former Tag Team Champion was arrested on suspicion of DUI in July 2019 in Pensacola also, but a jury later found him not guilty.
Jonathan Fatu was also charged and convicted of DUI in 2011 in Florida.
