X-Division Title Monster's Ball Match Set For IMPACT Wrestling
The IMPACT X-Division Title is set to be defended in a Monster’s Ball Match
After weeks of animosity, Trey Miguel and Crazzy Steve are set to clash in the first-ever Monster's Ball Match for the prestigious X-Division Championship.
The pair have been feuding ever since Miguel sucker punched Steve in a brawl, with Miguel going on to defeat Steve’s ally Black Taurus on IMPACT TV. Since being introduced in 2004, there have been 50 Monster’s Ball matches, but never for the X-Division Championship.
Miguel will be hoping he can come out of the match with the title still around his waist when the two clash on the February 23 edition of IMPACT Wrestling.
Also set for IMPACT Wrestling, Mike Bailey and Jonathan Gresham team up ahead of their No Surrender clash to take on the Motor City Machine Guns in non-title action, whilst The Hex’s Allysin Kay will face off against Taya Valkyrie ahead of The Hex vs. Death Dollz for the Knockouts World Tag Team Championship at the IMPACT Plus Special.
