Young Bucks Officially Challenge Lucha Bros For AEW Double Or Nothing

The AEW Double or Nothing ticket rally in Las Vegas two weeks ago played host to a number of angles, including a beatdown of Matt and Nick Jackson by an infiltrating Pentagon Jr and Rey Fenix. The attack was assumed to be setting up an angle for the May 25 pay-per-view.

Saturday night at the Logan Square Auditorium in Chicago, Pentagon and Fenix were defending the AAW Tag Team titles in a three way dance against LAX (Ortiz and Santana) and the team of AR Fox and Myron Reed.

Late in the contest, the Young Bucks stormed the ring, hitting both champions with superkicks. They then took out Pentagon with a package piledriver, and Fenix with a Meltzer Driver, allowing LAX to win the belts.

After the match, the Bucks laid out a challenge for Double or Nothing to the Lucha Bros, which was accepted by Fenix, who noted that the people wanted to see it.

The angle ended with the Bucks hitting another pair of superkicks on both men.
