Yuka Sakazaki Confirms AEW Return

Yuka Sakazaki is heading back to AEW

Following an announcement from Tokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling over the weekend which noted Yuka Sakazaki would miss upcoming shows due to AEW commitments, Sakazaki has confirmed she is indeed returning to the United States and All Elite Wrestling soon.

"Returning to the U.S. for the first time in almost a year. Have you all been waiting for me? Are you forgetting about Yuka? If they forget us, we will try again from the beginning. See you at AEW soon! hapyhapy," she tweeted

The Magical Girl has been a part of All Elite Wrestling since the promotion's inaugural show, Double Or Nothing 2019.

She has performed sporadically in AEW since then, first for a brief run in February 2020 before she competed again for the promotion in the Japanese portion of the AEW Women's World Title Eliminator Tournament one year later.

Sakazaki then briefly returned to the United States in July of 2021, performing on Dynamite in a win over Penelope Ford alongside three Dark: Elevation matches.

Since returning to Japan, Sakazaki has continued to perform for TJPW and she is one-half of the Princess Tag Team Champions with Magical Sugar Rabbits partner Mizuki.
