WWE star Zoey Stark has provided an update after sustaining a serious injury during a match on the May 19 edition of Raw.

Stark was hurt after landing awkwardly while attempting a missile dropkick. She had to be caried out of the match, which proceeded as a singles bout between Rhea Ripley and Kairi Sane.

In a video posted yesterday (June 9), Zoey showed herself going to the Rothman Orthopaedics Surgery Center in Orlando eight days after she suffered the initial injury. She then confirmed she was about to undergo surgery on her ACL, MCL and meniscus. Stark was then shown post-surgery giving a thumbs up as she noted the surgery was originally scheduled to take two hours but ended up lasting three-and-a-half hours.

The thirty-second clip ended with the message: "What's next for Zoey Stark? Tune in Monday, June 16".

Stark has previously had surgery to repair a torn ACL and meniscus. She is expected to be out of action past WrestleMania 42.
