2 Lawsuits Filed By Joey Ryan Dismissed

He has several more outstanding

One of the cases against a Speaking Out accuser has since been dismissed. Court documents obtained by Heel By Nature revealed Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald of the Central District of California dismissed the lawsuit for "lack of prosecution."

Meehan was issued a warning by the court in December to show why the lawsuit should not be dismissed. Meehan failed to provide any documentation to support his case, though, and it was subsequently dismissed.

The court documents stated:

"On December 7, 2020, the Court issued an Order directing Plaintiff to show cause ("OSC") why the action should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution by no later than December 29, 2020 (Docket NO. 10). Plaintiff has not filed any documents in response to the OSC.

"Taking all of these factors into account, dismissal for lack of prosecution is warranted. Plaintiff was specifically warned that failure to respond to the OSC will result in dismissal of this action.

"Accordingly, the action is dismissed without prejudice."

In regards to Ryan's lawsuit against Pelle Tsichilis, a California judge dismissed the case and it has now been transferred to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania US District Court.
