AEW's Tony Khan: Danhausen Has A Lot Of Things Going For Him

Khan appreciated that Danhausen is indeed very nice very evil

When news of ROH’s demise started to make the rounds, questions were raised as to where their top tier talent would land next, with many wondering where cult hero Danhausen would end up after Ring of Honor's hiatus officially kicked in.

Whilst no company has publicly made a play for the very nice, very evil star, it seems many are aware of the unique character’s positives, with AEW President Tony Khan saying the following:

"He was on the Jericho Cruise interacting with a lot of the AEW wrestlers and that was great," Khan said on Mat Men radio. "He's had an injury recently, so it's something to keep an eye on for sure. But he's got a big following and he does sell some merch and he's a very nice guy. So he's got a lot of things going for him."

Despite not being part of AEW, Danhausen’s touch has already been felt by the company, with AEW releasing ‘Ass boys’ t-shirts for The Gunn Club, a moniker helmed by Danhausen himself.
