Drew McIntyre Vs. King Corbin Set For WWE Raw

The last Raw prior to WrestleMania

Before he can wrestle Bobby Lashley for the WWE title on night one of WrestleMania 37, Drew McIntyre will go one on one with King Corbin this Monday night on Raw, as was announced last night during SmackDown.

It was on this past week's episode of Raw that SmackDown star Corbin attacked McIntyre, as part of an angle where various wrestlers attempted to collect a bounty placed on McIntyre by Lashley.

After Ricochet and Mustafa Ali failed to collect the bounty, Lashley began brawling with McIntyre. This prompted Corbin to hit the ring and assist Lashley in beating McIntyre down.

The notion is that if Corbin can take McIntyre out, he would take his place against Lashley at WrestleMania.

The three men were once a pseudo-stable on the Raw brand two years ago. Together, they wrestled The Shield in several high profile matches.

Also scheduled for this Monday's Raw is a non-title match, in which Lashley will take on now-former Hurt Business associate Cedric Alexander. In addition, Women's Tag Team champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler will face Raw Women's champion Asuka and Rhea Ripley in a non-title match.
