Former WWE Ruthless Aggression Talent 'Getting The Itch' To Make Pro Wrestling Return

They haven't been active in five years

Former WCW, WWE and CMLL star Mark Jindrak is contemplating a return to the ring.

The 45-year-old has been largely inactive since 2018, though he did take some bookings in Mexico last year.

During an interview with the Developmentally Speaking podcast, the two-time WCW Tag Team Champion noted that he's been getting the itch to put his boots on once again, saying:

"Lately I've been getting into good shape again, so I feel like a resurgence. I kind of have an itch to take some more wrestling shows. But maybe that could see me wrestling more in the United States. I don't know. That's the one thing I look back on and I have a little bit of regret. I wish I would've maybe cut Mexico a little earlier, and come back and did some stuff in the United States. I think there's still a chapter to write, honestly".

A product of the WCW Power Plant, Jindrak got his big break during the dying days of the company until his contract was acquired when WWE purchased WCW in March of 2001.

He wrestled for WWE before being released in July of 2005, after which he became a big star in Mexico for AAA and then CMLL (as Marco Corleone). In addition to wrestling, he also had a featured role in a popular Mexican telenovela and acted in other soap operas.

In the same interview, Jindrak revealed that he is currently working as a trading card grader.
