Jim Ross Reveals Vince McMahon Doesn't Watch Non-WWE Wrestling Shows

Vince doesn't check out the competition first-hand

Jim Ross has revealed that Vince McMahon does not watch wrestling shows that aren't part of WWE.

McMahon and WWE battled against WCW in the vicious Monday Night Wars during the 1990s and early 2000s and, in more recent times, the likes of IMPACT Wrestling and All Elite Wrestling have provided alternative options in the west to the WWE product.

Former WWE commentator Ross, who now works for AEW, has revealed that despite the abundance of wrestling now available, McMahon isn't one for checking out the competition first-hand.

Ross, on the other hand, likes to keep up with what other promotions are doing.

Speaking on the most recent episode of Grilling JR, he said: "Vince doesn’t watch other wrestling shows. You’ve heard that from a lot of guys, such as Arn [Former WWE producer Arn Anderson], Bruce [WWE Executive Director Bruce Prichard], all those guys.

"They’ll tell you the same story. He’s not gonna go watch more wrestling, like I did this morning at three o’clock."
