Raw Women's Title Match Set For Night One Of WWE WrestleMania 38

The card continues to take shape

Both singles women's titles will be on the line on night one of WrestleMania 38.

WWE announced today that Becky Lynch vs. Bianca Belair for the Raw Women's Championship will take place on Saturday, April 2, joining the SmackDown Women's Title match between Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey on night one.

Lynch vs. Belair was set for WrestleMania 38 following February 19th's Elimination Chamber pay-per-view in Saudi Arabia. Belair won an Elimination Chamber Match to earn a shot at the Raw Women's Title and Lynch retained the gold later in the evening, defeating WWE Hall Of Famer Lita.

Why WWE opted to have both singles women's titles be defended on the same night is currently unknown.

In another title bout, Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns' Championship Unification Match will take place on Sunday, April 3. That match will reportedly headline night two, while Rousey vs. Flair will main event night one.

Both nights of WrestleMania will take place at Arlington's AT&T Stadium. WWE still currently have over 20,000 tickets to sell for both shows.
