Report: Former NXT Champion Scheduled To Be At WWE Draft Episode Of SmackDown

More on a possible main roster call-up at tonight's WWE SmackDown

While it is unknown if he is main roster-bound, PWInsider Elite has reported that Bron Breakker is scheduled to be at tonight's special WWE Draft edition of Friday Night SmackDown. Breakker could be at the show to be drafted or to work a dark match but his exact reason for being at SmackDown has not been confirmed.

Breakker's real-life girlfriend Cora Jade is also scheduled to be at SmackDown and recent reports have indicated she is "in the race" to be called up to the main roster after impressing WWE higher-ups during a match with Nikki Cross at the April 24 taping of Main Event.

Breakker is a two-time NXT Champion and recently turned heel in NXT after dropping the brand's top title to Carmelo Hayes at Stand & Deliver on April 1. Cora Jade, meanwhile, is a former NXT Women's Tag Team Champion.

WWE have revealed the draft pool for the WWE Draft, noting that "select NXT Superstars" will be available for selection on tonight's SmackDown and the May 1 edition of Raw. Other names from NXT possibly on their way to the main roster include Cameron Grimes, Tyler Bate, Ilja Dragunov, Pretty Deadly, Chase U, and Joe Gacy.
