Triple H thinks highly of AEW's Daniel Garcia
It was reported this week that despite AEW expecting Daniel Garcia to re-sign with the company, pen has still not been put together to tie down Garcia to a new deal. WWE are reportedly interested in signing Garcia, and it has now been revealed what Triple H’s opinion is of AEW’s young star.
Ibou of Wrestle Purists has revealed that Triple H believes Daniel Garcia to be the “next great technical wrestler”, comparing him to current AEW stars Roderick Strong and AEW World Champion Bryan Danielson. It is said that both Triple H and William Regal “rave” about Garcia, and are “horny” to sign him. It should be noted that AEW are equally as horny to keep him in the company, so it seems as though a battle to sign with Garcia is set to take place.
Garcia was recently written off AEW programming before being brought back at AEW All In: London to cost MJF his match against Will Ospreay. This was followed up by a match between the pair at All Out, which was won by MJF thanks to a low blow. Garcia stood tall, hitting a big piledriver on MJF after the match to stand tall. The result of this match was reportedly due to the fact that Garcia has still not re-signed.
