Ric Flair Believes WWE's Endeavor Deal Is Better With Vince McMahon Involved

Ric Flair Thinks Vince McMahon Being Creatively Involved In WWE Is Best For Endeavor Sale

The news of WWE’s sale to Endeavor and merger with the UFC has dominated news over the last week or so, and with that has come the full reintegration of Vince McMahon into the WWE system, both on the business and creative sides of the spectrum. This has brought about some lowered morale and criticism, but there are some who see this as a positive move.

Ric Flair is someone who believes Vince McMahon’s involvement with WWE and Endeavor is the best thing for all involved, particularly on the creative side. Speaking on his Be The Man podcast, he discussed this;

“It all depends on who’s ego, who’s doing what. But if they don’t keep Vince involved and let him help them make creative decisions, I don’t think they’ll be as successful as they would be with him. People say they’re upset with Vince. I didn’t see anybody upset with him. There’s always gonna be people that are complaining about their position in the company because they’re not where they want to be or they think they should be, but that’s not the fault of Hunter or Vince. Some people have a pretty high opinion of themselves that they should keep to themselves, rather than complain publicly, in my opinion.”

Flair explained that he didn’t want to see another situation similar to Turner buying the Jim Crockett Promotions.
