Rich Swann Found Guilty Following June Arrest

Rich Swann found guilty over his June arrest

Rich Swann was found guilty of disorderly public intoxication and causing a disturbance in a Florida court on Wednesday, PWInsider has reported. The former TNA World Champion pleaded no contest to the charges and was subsequently found guilty by the court.

Swann was fined $203 and ordered to serve six months probation. He was also fined an additional $285.38 in related fees.

Rich Swann was arrested in June in Altamonte Springs, Florida and charged with disorderly public intoxication and causing a disturbance. It was noted that Swann allegedly tried to enter an apartment that was a short walk from his own home. Swann told the homeowner that he lived there, at which point the homeowner brandished a firearm and Swann left. Swann caused damage to the homeowner's door but they did not wish to press charges.

Police then received another call, though, from a woman claiming that Swann followed her to her door after the TNA star approached her. The woman allegedly asked Swann not to follow her and then ran home.

TNA Wrestling suspended Rich Swann when they found out about his arrest. He has entered rehab since his arrest and Swann recently shared on Facebook that he had been sober for 60 days.
