Roderick Strong Works WWE NXT UK Taping

NXT UK held their latest TV tapings at BT Studios in London, England on Wednesday, March 2 and an NXT 2.0 Superstar was in action. 

Former NXT North American Champion Roderick Strong performed at the taping in London. Social media posts noted he went one on one with Wolfgang on the show, although he wasn't joined by his fellow Diamond Mine faction-mates nor Malcolm Bivens. 

The show was also Strong's first appearance in NXT UK. He has been a part of WWE since 2016 and has performed predominantly on NXT. 

Wednesday's match was Strong's first appearance inside the squared circle since February 1 when he and The Creed Brothers lost to Imperium on NXT. 

Strong wasn't the only talent making their NXT UK debuts at the taping. According to social media posts, Lizzy Evo and Tate Mayfairs were both in action too.  

NXT UK has been taped from BT Studios since they resumed production in 2020 and minimal fans have been attendance since October of 2021. Why the brand hasn't resumed live events is unknown. 

All COVID-19 restrictions were recently lifted in the United Kingdom and other promotions like PROGRESS and RevPro resumed live shows in the last several months.
