RUSH Joins Faction In AEW
RUSH is the newest member of an AEW faction
RUSH has had a busy couple of months in AEW, returning to the promotion after an extended hiatus, and engaging in a short feud with MJF. Their match came on Dynamite, which was won by MJF. Aside from that, RUSH was on a healthy winning streak since coming back.
A few weeks after his big defeat to MJF, RUSH’s next steps in AEW are looking much clearer. After pressing him for a little while, Don Callis convinced El Toro Blanco to become the newest member of the Don Callis Family faction. Callis used his previous alliances with Will Ospreay, Chris Jericho, and Kenny Omega to sway RUSH into joining, which will see him align with the likes of Konosuke Takeshita, Kyle Fletcher, Trent Beretta, and the injured Powerhouse Hobbs.
RUSH’s allegiance to Callis was revealed after he dismantled Komander in a match on last night’s AEW Rampage, leaving Komander in a heap at Callis’ feet. Callis would then reveal the footage of their discussions for the world to see. Previously in the week, Ospreay departed The Family officially, leaving a gap wide open for RUSH to come aboard.
