SPOILER: Darby Allin's AEW WrestleDream 2024 Opponent Revealed

Who will Darby Allin face at AEW WrestleDream?

Darby Allin's opponent at AEW WrestleDream has been revealed.

Allin announced on Wednesday night's edition of AEW Dynamite that he would be taking part in an open challenge at the October 12 pay-per-view in his home state of Washington. All Elite Wrestling taped Saturday's episode of Collision on Thursday, October 3 and the opening contest saw Darby pick up a win over Johnny TV. Allin then reiterated his open challenge and invited anyone backstage to face him.

No one initially came out to confront the former TNT Champion when he was in the ring. By the time Allin reached the top of the stage, though, he was suddenly attacked by Brody King, signalling the House of Black member will be Darby's opponent at WrestleDream.

Darby Allin and Brody King do have history in All Elite Wrestling, having feuded in 2022 as singles competitors and in their respective factions of House of Black vs. Sting & Darby Allin. Allin ultimately won the feud.
