Ted Dibiase Scheduled To Appear On This Week's NXT
How will he one-up Cameron Grimes this time?
"The Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase will be making another appearance on NXT this coming week, as part his ongoing mission to continue outspending Cameron Grimes.
Dibiase wrote on Twitter, "BREAKING NEWS: The Million Dollar Man returns to @WWENXT TV this Tuesday! I will see you @CGrimesWWE and the NXT Universe at 8:00pm ET on @USA_Network. Tuesday nights have gotten a whole lot richer! #WWENXT"
Grimes responded, "Great now my weekend is ruined! I'm going to be pouting on jetskis in the keys!"
The issues between the two date back to last month, when Dibiase began outbidding Grimes on various properties. These included an NFT related to NBA star Ja Morant, as well as a Florida home in which Dibiase bid $20 million to own.
In the angle, Grimes came into a large amount of money in February, as part of a storyline that referenced the short squeeze of GameStop stock the previous month.
Outside of the angle, Grimes has had mixed results in the ring in NXT recently, defeating Asher Hale on May 4, while losing to Kyle O'Reilly on April 20.
