WWE Raw Legends Night Draws Highest Ratings In Months

Monday Night Raw kicked off 2021 with Raw Legends Night and the likes of Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Sgt. Slaughter, Jeff Jarrett, Melina, Irwin R. Schyster, Alicia Fox, The Big Show and Tatanka all appeared on the show in different capacities. Goldberg also returned to the red brand following the main event WWE Championship match between Drew McIntyre and Keith Lee and challenged The Scottish Psychopath to a title bout at the Royal Rumble. 

Raw Legends Night was ultimately popular with fans and the episode drew the red brand's highest ratings since March 16, 2020. According to Showbuzz Daily, the show averaged 2.128 million viewers and drew a 0.68 rating in the key 18-49 demographic - up 20 percent from last week's 1.769 million viewers and up 39 percent in viewership from the all-time record low ratings on December 14. 

The ratings boost also coincided with the absence of Monday Night Football for the first time since mid-September. The NFL regular season finished up over the weekend and the final game was played on Sunday night.
