AEW 'Heavily Edited' Eddie Kingston & Daniel Garcia's Rampage Match

Eddie Kingston and Daniel Garcia actually wrestled for 22 minutes at the AEW Rampage taping

Eddie Kingston and Daniel Garcia had a spirited encounter on Friday's episode of AEW Rampage in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but fans tuning into the show on TV seemingly missed half of the match.

The match clocked in at 11 minutes and 22 seconds on TV but Dave Meltzer reported on F4W Online that the bout was 'heavily edited,' with the fans in the arena actually witnessing a 22-minute contest.

From watching Rampage, it appeared AEW were trying to force as much as possible into the one-hour show. Why Garcia and Kingston wrestled for 22 minutes, though, is currently unclear.

Kingston ultimately won Friday's match. He and Garcia have been feuding on and off since November of 2021 and their rivalry entered a new chapter following March's Revolution pay-per-view when Garcia, 2point0, and Jake Hager formed The Jericho Appreciation Society with Chris Jericho.
