AEW Re-Signs Arn Anderson To Multi-Year Deal

The Enforcer will be sticking around for a while longer...

Back on December 30, 2019, All Elite Wrestling announced Arn Anderson had signed with the promotion as Cody Rhodes' Head Coach and Personal Adviser. The Enforcer has been ever-present on Dynamite since then, and Anderson announced last night he had signed a multi-year deal with AEW.

He said: "About a year ago I said, 'I don't want to be anywhere where I'm not wanted,' and that's the way I felt. A year later it seems I am wanted somewhere and I'm very happy to say today I signed a multi-year contract with AEW. I am absolutely thrilled to be here with all this young talent and watch this company blossom into being the platinum of all of our industry. The next coming years is going to see some changes but you're going to mix some of the old in with the new and I think the product is just going to shine as a result… Couldn't be happier. Tony Khan gave me the news today and I've been smiling all day, so it's a great day for me. Thank you very much."

The former member of the Four Horsemen previously worked as a road agent in WWE from 2001 until February 2019. However, he was released by the company as he reportedly allowed Alicia Fox to wrestle at a house show while intoxicated.
