AEW Signs Anthony Bowens & Max Caster

The Acclaimed will be sticking around...

Over the past couple of weeks, Max Caster and Anthony Bowens have started teaming together on AEW Dark. They have a 1-1 record so far after losing to Best Friends and defeating Aaron Solow & Angel Fashion.

During an interview with PWInsider, Tony Khan revealed Caster and Bowens had signed with All Elite Wrestling and would be known as The Acclaimed. AEW later confirmed the news with their customary "... is #AllElite" tweet

WWE was interested in signing Bowens recently, according to PWInsider.

Trained by Brian Myers, Max Caster is a five-year veteran of the squared circle. He has often wrestled for Create A Pro Wrestling but has also competed in CZW, Beyond Wrestling and WrestlePro. "Platinum" first appeared on AEW Dark back in June and has also wrestled on UWN Primetime Live recently.

Anthony Bowens has been wrestling since 2013, primarily for WrestlePro. The 5 Tool Player also has a history with IMPACT Wrestling and NXT. He was defeated by The Authors Of Pain in a tag team match back in 2016 and was later vanquished by Fallah Bahh during an Xplosion taping in 2018.
