Big E: Gable Steveson Has Already Got The WWE Locker Room Talking

Steveson signed with WWE at the start of September

Gable Steveson may not have wrestled his WWE match yet, but he's already got the whole locker room talking according to Big E.

Steveson was announced as signing with WWE in September, just a few months after claiming the Olympic Gold Medal at the Tokyo Games in the summer. The youngster was then surprisingly drafted to Monday Night Raw during the 2021 WWE Draft last month.

Having watched Steveson achieve great things already, WWE Champion Big E is excited for what he can bring to the roster, saying the talent have already been talking about him.

Speaking with Planeta Wrestling, Big E said: "Seeing what he did at the Olympics, watching his Olympic Gold medal match, just incredible. We were all talking about it in the locker room, so the fact that he’s here in WWE...obviously he needs some time to train and get ready, but when the time is right, if he earns that shot and he’s ready for it, then I’m all for it.

"I am a big fan of all the stuff that he’s done, he’s just a mind-blowingly good athlete. The fact that he’s still in college, like, he can still win another National Championship. It’s kind of crazy. But yeah, salute to him, and I am excited to see what he does in the WWE."
