Chris Jericho Returning To AEW Commentary On Next Week's Episode Of Dynamite

Throughout April, Chris Jericho provided the colour commentary on episodes of Dynamite alongside Tony Schiavone. All Elite Wrestling had to tape a month's worth on content in two days at QT Marshall's gym in Norcross, Georgia and Le Champion was suddenly needed at the announcers' table.

Jericho was widely praised for his commentary and provided many memorable moments as he repeatedly berated Suge D and nicknamed him Pineapple Pete, accused Brandi Rhodes of bringing acid to the ring while Cody Rhodes went one on one with Darby Allin, and put over Lance Archer as The Murderhawk Monster.  

Fans of Jericho's commentary can rejoice as AEW announced yesterday The Painmaker will return to the announcers' desk on next week's edition of Dynamite. Why Jericho is back on commentary remains to be seen, but it will likely further his current feud with Orange Cassidy ahead of Fyter Fest.

Also announced for next week's show is Sammy Guevara vs. Colt Cabana, The Inner Circle vs. Best Friends & Orange Cassidy, Cody vs. Marq Quen for the TNT Championship, and FTR will make their in-ring debut against The Butcher & The Blade.
