Cody Rhodes On Who Could Be The Next Big Thing In AEW

All Elite Wrestling has established itself on Wednesday nights by using stars like Jon Moxley, Chris Jericho, Kenny Omega, Cody, "Hangman" Adam Page, and The Young Bucks in high profile programs. The young promotion has also made sure to highlight young stars like Darby Allin, Sammy Guevara, MJF and Kip Sabian, with each having received main event billing on episodes of Dynamite. 

During a recent Q&A on Twitter, Cody Rhodes was asked who he thinks the next big thing in AEW will be. The American Nightmare admitted it could be anyone because there are so many talented wrestlers out there, but he did single out Kris Statlander and Wardlow as future stars in the industry.  

Cody tweeted: "Might be a lot of those, the talent pool in wrestling is so rich atm. Statlander & Wardlow seem to be on the verge of special stuff. If they do the work, sky is the limit."

This comes only weeks after former AEW World Champion Chris Jericho tipped MJF, Sammy Guevara, Scorpio Sky, Jungle Boy, and Darby Allin to be main event stars in the future.
