EXCLUSIVE: Bayley Doesn't Know If She'll Be Glasgow's Girl At WWE Clash At The Castle

Will Bayley be Glasgow's girl at WWE Clash at the Castle?

Bayley is extraordinarily popular in the United Kingdom and has been throughout her WWE career to the point that she receives "Hey! Bayley" chants - a play on the song "Hey! Baby" by Margaret Cobb and Bruce Channel - every time she wrestles in the UK regardless of if she is a babyface or heel.

Such is Bayley's popularity that fans in Glasgow, Scotland hijacked a segment on Monday Night Raw in November 2016, simply filling the air with "Hey! Bayley" for several minutes as Charlotte Flair tried and failed miserably to get the segment back on track.

Bayley will be back in the same arena as that famous Raw segment for Clash at the Castle when she defends the WWE Women's Championship against Scotland's own Piper Niven.

As she is going against Niven, who could be treated as a hometown hero, Bayley admitted to Cultaholic Wrestling that she doesn't know if she will be Glasgow's girl on Saturday night.

"I don't know, I'm wrestling their hometown girl, right? I just wanna say Piper, I know it's your hometown, your home country, but back in 2016 they asked me to be their girl about a million times in one segment. Charlotte Flair couldn't even get a word out! I've been their girl for a long time so there is going to be some tough competition out there," Bayley told Cultaholic's Fraser Porter.

Clash at the Castle will emanate from the OVO Hydro on Saturday, June 15. The pay-per-view will begin at 7 pm BST/ 2 pm ET.
