Fan Footage Shows Johnny Gargano & Kyle O'Reilly Saying Goodbye To WWE NXT

Emotional scenes following NXT

Incredible photos snapped by fans in attendance at the WWE Capitol Wrestling Center have captured Johnny Gargano and Kyle O'Reilly seemingly saying goodbye to NXT after this week's show went off the air.

Images taken at NXT following the end of the December 7 episode show Gargano and O'Reilly being joined in the ringside area by Shawn Michaels, Candice LeRae and Tommaso Ciampa as the duo appeared to offer a farewell to the fans in attendance.

O'Reilly could be seen to shake hands and sign autographs before kissing the ring mat. Gargano, meanwhile, was said to be visibly emotional and - in photos shared on Twitter by @MrJacobCohen - could be seen to enjoy a personal moment with former DIY teammate Ciampa in the ring.

Both O'Reilly and Gargano were embraced by NXT producer Michaels on the ramp - captured in immense snaps by Twitter user @DfTMania - before waving to the live crowd for the final time.

Images from both Twitter accounts can be seen below.

Gargano, as noted, cut an emotional promo to the NXT audience in the final segment of this week's show, admitting he didn't know what his immediate future holds. He was attacked by Grayson Waller to close out the episode.

O'Reilly, meanwhile, was seemingly written off TV after losing to Von Wagner in a Cage Match to open this week's NXT.
