Former NWA World Women's Champion Allysin Kay Reveals She's Now A Free Agent

She's available for indie bookings...

On the third edition of UWN Primetime Live, Allysin Kay defeated Nicole Savoy after they battled back and forth for almost eight minutes. This was Kay's first televised match in eight months and was ultimately her final appearance under the NWA banner.

Kay announced earlier today that her run with the NWA has come to an end and she is officially a free agent.

The AK-47 tweeted: "As of today, I am officially a free agent. Thank you to the NWA for the opportunities, which included one of my favorite matches of my career. I am open for indy bookings & appearances. Let’s get weird."

Kay enjoyed a 272-day reign as NWA World Women's Champion during her time with the promotion. She defeated Santana Garrett for the vacated belt at Crockett Cup 2019 and went on to vanquish the likes of Marti Belle and Ashley Vox before dropping the title to Thunder Rosa at Hard Times earlier this year.

What the future has in store for The AK-47 remains to be seen, but she has been prominently featured on the independent wrestling scene since she departed IMPACT Wrestling in 2018.
