Hikuleo's WWE Name Possibly Revealed

Hikuleo's name in WWE may have been revealed. 

WWE filed to trademark 'Talla Tonga' on June 11 with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. How exactly WWE will use the name has not been revealed but the company have reportedly signed Hikuleo after the former NJPW STRONG Openweight Champion finished up with New Japan Pro-Wrestling at Dominion on June 9. 

Hikuleo is another of Haku's sons and WWE have already signed Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa in recent months. Tonga and Loa have since been added to the new version of The Bloodline with Solo Sikoa as the leader in Roman Reigns' absence. 

WWE had a longstanding interest in Hikuleo and the two parties held talks in early 2023 but WWE were unable to sign the big man due to an unofficial hiring freeze that was in place while Vince McMahon tried to sell the company. 

Full trademark filing for 'Talla Tonga' is as follows: 

"Mark For: TALLA TONGA trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information; fan club services, namely, organizing sporting events in the field of wrestling for wrestling fan club members; organizing social entertainment events for entertainment purposes for wrestling fan club members; providing online newsletters in the fields of sports entertainment; online journals, namely blogs, in the field of sports entertainment."
