IMPACT Tag Team Titles To Be On The Line In Eight Team Elimination Challenge At Rebellion
IMPACT Rebellion will see 16 men battle for the World Tag Team Championships
IMPACT World Tag team Champions Violent By Design have a high mountain to climb at the upcoming Rebellion PPV, as they are to put the gold on the line in an eight-team elimination challenge on the show.
Ahead of Rebellion, VBD will be putting the titles on the line against former champions The Good Brothers, with the Bullet Club OGs facing off two from Eric Young/Deaner/Joe Doering in a Lumberjack Match on next week’s edition of IMPACT Wrestling.
IMPACT EVP Scott D’Amore announced that the lumberjacks for the match will be the teams involved in the tag maelstrom at Rebellion, but as of writing the identities of these teams are unknown.
The Tag Title match is the third bout announced for Rebellion, alongside the PPV main event of IMPACT World Champion Moose vs. Josh Alexander, and a Triple Threat for the X-Division Title.
Rebellion is set for April 23 in Poughkeepsie, New York’s Mid-Hudson Civic Center, which previously hosted TNA One Night Only: #OldSchool event in 2013, and was the site of many memorable WWE events in the 80s and early 90s.
