Kenny Omega To Wrestle At Impact Under Siege

He's the new champion after all

New Impact Wrestling World champion Kenny Omega will be taking part in a match at Under Siege, on Saturday night, May 15, per a report from Dave Meltzer. The event airs exclusively on Impact Plus.

There is no word on who Omega will be facing, or what type of match it will be.

Omega captured the Impact World title on Sunday night at Rebellion, defeating Rich Swann in a match where Omega also wagered his AEW World Heavyweight title. With the victory, Omega now holds the AEW World title, Impact World title, AAA Mega title, and the TNA World title (which is technically unified into the Impact World title, after Swann won it from Moose on March 13).

Omega has wrestled three matches thus far for Impact. In addition to Sunday's match at Rebellion, Omega teamed with The Good Brothers to defeat Swann, Moose, and Chris Sabin at Hard to Kill on January 16. He later teamed with the Good Brothers in a loss to Swann, Eddie Edwards, and Willie Mack on the April 8 Dynamite.

Impact has Under Siege coming up on May 15, followed by Against All Odds on June 12, and then Slammiversary on an unspecified date in July.
