Name Of Stokely Hathaway's AEW Faction Revealed

The name of Stokely Hathaway's faction was finally revealed on Wednesday's episode of AEW Dynamite from Albany, New York. 

Cutting a promo following Jon Moxley's win over Sammy Guevara, MJF introduced his "best friend" Stokely Hathaway's group as his "faction on retainer" before he billed them as 'The Firm.' 

Hathaway then made his way to the ring with W. Morrissey, Gunn Club, Lee Moriarty and Ethan Page and Stokely hyped up his clients, claiming Moriarty wants to be ROH Pure Champion, while Ethan Page will pursue the AEW All-Atlantic Title. 

Hathaway's faction came together during the summer of 2022, with Stokely providing heels with his business card. The stable then helped the Joker, who was later revealed to be MJF, win the Casino Ladder Match at All Out, making Friedman the number one contender for the AEW World Championship. 

Along with being a movie, The Firm is also an unofficial nickname for the British royal family and its institutions that dates back to King George VI's reign on the throne.
