Possible Spoiler For AEW All In Main Event Revealed

Possible spoiler on AEW plans for All In 2024 main event

A UK star could be receiving their own Davey Boy Smith moment.

All Elite Wrestling will hold their biggest show of the year on Sunday, August 25 at London, England's Wembley Stadium. The challenger for the AEW World Championship will be the winner of the upcoming Owen Hart Cup tournament that is scheduled to end in Calgary, Alberta, Canada on July 10.

According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, people in All Elite Wrestling expect Swerve Strickland vs. Will Ospreay to be the main event of All In. The two talents will face off before All In at Forbidden Door, with Ospreay having earned an AEW World Title against Swerve with his win in the Casino Gauntlet on the May 29 edition of Dynamite.

Meltzer speculated one option for AEW could be for Ospreay to lose at Forbidden Door, only to earn another shot at the AEW World Championship by winning the Owen Hart Cup. If Ospreay then wins at All In, this could set up a rubber match against Swerve.

No matches have been officially announced for AEW All In 2024 as of yet. As of late April, over 41,000 tickets had been distributed for the Wembley Stadium show.
