Report: Naomi Moved To WWE's SmackDown Brand From Raw

She's twice held gold on the brand

Naomi has been quietly moved from the Raw brand over to SmackDown, according to a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider.

Naomi was drafted to Raw in October 2020. She last wrestled on the red brand on the July 12 episode (taped July 6), and was one of four Raw-brand women that took part in a Money in the Bank ladder match last night in Fort Worth (which was won by Nikki A.S.H.).

No reason has been given for Naomi moving over to SmackDown. Husband Jimmy Uso currently wrestles on the brand as one half of the Tag Team champions with brother Jey.

Naomi was drafted to SmackDown as part of the new brand extension in 2016. She moved over to Raw in the 2019 Superstar Shake-Up. Naomi then returned to SmackDown in early 2020, after going unpicked in the October 2019 Draft (she was inactive at the time). After nine months on SmackDown, Naomi was moved back to Raw this past October.

Naomi has twice held the SmackDown Women's title, with both reigns occurring in 2017.
