Report: WWE NXT Talent Uncomfortable Training At The Performance Center

"COVID truthers" are to blame...

In late-September, WWE had another COVID-19 outbreak which resulted in trainees and staff at the Performance Center testing positive. Shayna Baszler, Nia Jax, Nikki Cross and RETRIBUTION were also pulled from Clash Of Champions because they came into contact with someone who had tested positive for the virus.

Following the outbreak, classes at the Performance Center were briefly cancelled, but the training facility has since reopened and is now the home of all NXT programming.

According to Fightful Select, NXT trainees they contacted are uncomfortable training at the Performance Center following the outbreak. The trainees didn't take issue with the COVID-19 protocols at the facility, but said they were uncomfortable because of "COVID truthers" on the NXT roster who haven't been taking the pandemic seriously.

This isn't the first time WWE Superstars haven't taken coronavirus seriously. Reports during the June outbreak noted one Superstar thought the whole pandemic was "a big work," while others believed the reaction to a positive COVID-19 test had been overblown.
