'Road Dogg' Brian James Posts Statement After Hospitalisation

'Road Dogg' is on the road to recovery

'Road Dogg' Brian James has taken to social media to confirm he is on the path to recovery after his recent hospitalisation.

The WWE Hall Of Famer suffered an apparent heart attack on Thursday evening, with his wife Tracy posting that her husband had been admitted to hospital after returning from Orlando, where he had been working at the WWE NXT tapings.

Tracy would write on Tuesday that James was being allowed to come home, with 'Road Dogg' issuing his own statement on his Facebook page later in the day.

The 51-year-old said: "To God be the glory, I live to tell the story! I’m headed home. I’ve got some work to do and some changes to make but I’m up to the task.

"I want to thank EACH and EVERY one of you for your thoughts and prayers and your kind words. So many reached out with positive vibes and it overwhelmed me with love. Thank you all and God is good! Let the journey begin!"
